On Thursday, October 13th, a handful of EAPrep 12th graders participated in a round-table discussion with a panel of local political party members to address Latino outreach. The students, many of whom are recent registered voters, fielded questions to representatives of the Republican, Democrat, Libertarian and Green parties of Texas. The round-table discussion was held at Southwest Key Programs as part of the National Council of La Raza's (NCLR) fall regional.
